About the league
Cricket that brings Market Yard together
MFCL was started by young traders of Pune's Market Yard as a friendly game between friends. Five seasons later, it is one of the city's biggest community cricket events.
Franchise teams are owned by Market Yard business families. Players are picked at a live auction night, every match is streamed online, and a carnival keeps the whole family busy while the cricket goes on.
